One connected workflow

From project decisions to checked sheets

The six capability areas aren't separate scripts — they share standards and profiles, so one project runs start to finish inside a single coordinated add-in.

  1. 01

    Profile the project

Create or import the FoxBIM Project Profile that carries your settings.

  2. 02

    Resolve standards

FoxBIM baseline, then company overrides, then project overrides.

  3. 03

    Choose assemblies

Review context, packages, layers, evidence, naming, and warnings.

  4. 04

    Create approved content

Only user-approved types and FoxBIM-owned materials are created.

  5. 05

    Organize documentation

Coordinate views, templates, schedules, legends, and sheets.

  6. 06

    Produce drawings

Automate dimensions, annotations, sections, barriers, and framing.

  7. 07

    Quality check

Find overlaps, arrange annotation, and audit standards before issue.

  8. 08

    Report and close out

Refresh the assembly table sheet and preserve approved setup packages.

Speed plus control

Built for real Revit production

Automation you can trust on live projects — because it previews, asks, and reports instead of quietly changing your model.

  • Preview before applying

See exactly what will change before any consequential edit runs.

  • No silent overwrites

Existing project types are never overwritten without your approval.

  • Ownership-aware

FoxBIM only changes the content it owns — your materials stay yours.

  • Safe reruns

Bounded Revit transactions with safe rollback. Run again anytime.

  • Measurable results

Every run reports what was created, skipped, and flagged — no vague success.

  • Designer review stays

Generated content accelerates production; you still review the output.
