Refund Policy
FoxBIM is not accepting payments yet. This policy describes the refund approach that will apply when commerce launches, and will be finalized with payment provider rules.
Current status
The FoxBIM subscription cannot be purchased on this website yet. There are therefore no active refunds to process.
Intended policy at launch
- FoxBIM is sold as a per-seat subscription, billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- A money-back window will be offered on a first subscription, with the exact number of days stated at checkout.
- Annual terms and mid-term seat changes will follow the proration rules shown at purchase.
- Custom automation engagements will follow the statement of work for that project, which may differ from subscription refunds.
- Charge disputes and processor-specific rules (for example Stripe) will also apply.
