Terms of Service

The FoxBIM website provides information about the FoxBIM add-in for Revit and its capabilities. Content may change as tools move through development, preview, and release. Tools marked as a development preview are not a commitment to ship in a specific form.

When the FoxBIM subscription becomes available, use is governed by a subscription agreement with per-seat, named-user terms and device activation limits presented at purchase. Each seat is for one named user. Unauthorized redistribution of binaries is prohibited.

Customer accounts must be used for legitimate business purposes related to the FoxBIM subscription. Attempts to share seats beyond the named user, circumvent activation limits, abuse download endpoints, or disrupt services are not permitted.

Marketing materials describe intended capabilities and may evolve. FoxBIM does not warrant that unpublished features will ship in a specific form or timeframe. Detailed warranties will appear in commercial agreements.
